Welcome to FindWhale! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FindWhale's website and services for tracking cryptocurrency whale movements. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

ARTICLE 1 - DEFINITIONS

The terms below have the following meaning in these general terms and conditions:

Whale Alert

A notification triggered when a large cryptocurrency transaction exceeds user-defined thresholds.

Address Monitoring

A Pro feature that lets users monitor specific Bitcoin addresses and receive notifications for confirmed transactions involving those addresses.

Account

A registered user profile that enables access to FindWhale's services.

Data

Information provided through our services, including:

  • Real-time whale movement alerts
  • Historical whale transaction data
  • Wallet analysis and tracking information
  • Market impact assessments
  • Custom alert configurations

Paid Features

Advanced capabilities available to paid subscribers, including Premium whale alerts and Pro Address Monitoring.

ARTICLE 2 - SERVICE DESCRIPTION

  • FindWhale provides real-time tracking and alerts for significant cryptocurrency transactions.
  • Our service monitors multiple blockchain networks for whale movements.
  • Users can set custom alert thresholds and notification preferences.
  • We provide Free, Premium, and Pro subscription tiers.
  • Pro users can configure Address Monitoring for confirmed transactions involving monitored addresses. Bitcoin is the supported network in the current release.
  • Address Monitoring starts collecting history from the moment an address is added and does not guarantee retroactive history.
  • Notifications delivered under the Free plan may include occasional promotional messages related to FindWhale or its ecosystem.

Service Updates: We continuously improve our services and may add, modify, or remove features. Users will be notified of significant changes.

ARTICLE 3 - ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Users must provide accurate registration information.
  • Account sharing or transfer is strictly prohibited.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
  • Automated access to our services requires explicit permission.
  • Users must report any unauthorized account access immediately.

ARTICLE 4 - SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

Free Tier

  • Basic whale movement alerts
  • Limited historical data access
  • Standard notification delivery
  • Whale alert notifications under the Free plan may include occasional promotional messages.
  • Promotional messages are delivered only through notification channels configured for whale alerts and are never sent to the account registration email.
  • Promotional notifications cannot be disabled independently while whale alert notifications remain active.

Premium Subscriptions

  • Monthly billing in advance
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Premium includes whale alerts but does not include Address Monitoring
  • Pro-rated refunds for service interruptions
  • 30-day notice for price changes

Pro Subscriptions

  • Includes all Premium whale alert capabilities plus Address Monitoring
  • Allows monitoring up to the plan limit for Bitcoin addresses
  • Notifications are based on confirmed Bitcoin transactions only
  • High-activity addresses may receive summarized notifications instead of one notification per transaction
  • Premium users may upgrade to Pro, subject to Stripe billing and proration behavior

Payment Security: All payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. We never store your payment information.

ARTICLE 5 - DATA USAGE AND PRIVACY

  • We collect minimal personal information necessary for service operation.
  • Alert data is stored securely and encrypted.
  • Notification preferences are used to deliver whale alerts and, under the Free plan, associated promotional messages.
  • Promotional messages are delivered only through channels explicitly configured by the user for whale alerts and are never sent to the registration email address.
  • We do not sell or share user data with third parties.
  • Users can export or delete their data at any time.

ARTICLE 6 - DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

  • Data is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or timeliness.
  • We do not provide financial or investment advice.
  • Service availability may be affected by blockchain network conditions.
  • Address Monitoring depends on blockchain data availability and may not identify every historical or unavailable input address.
  • Address labels are user-provided and do not represent verified ownership or attribution by FindWhale.
  • Users acknowledge the inherent risks in cryptocurrency trading.

Risk Warning: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk. Never trade based solely on our alerts.

ARTICLE 7 - ACCEPTABLE USE

Users agree not to:

  • Resell or redistribute FindWhale's data without permission
  • Use our service for any illegal activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our systems
  • Overload or disrupt our services
  • Share account access with unauthorized users

ARTICLE 8 - TERMINATION

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time
  • We may suspend accounts for Terms violations
  • Paid feature access ends with subscription termination
  • Tracked addresses and paid-only alerts may be paused when payment fails, a paid plan ends, or a user downgrades
  • Users can request data export before account closure

Account Closure: Contact support for assistance with account termination or data export.

ARTICLE 9 - CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or service notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
